It has an article on drought lawn care; a picture of Shirley; mentions the Green Pages; lists upcoming classes and events with times and locations for each; includes information on the Farmers Market's for the summer. This will enable the Extension office to publicize our classes and various events through out the county. Al is also working to have a similar format with the Southport Pilot, the LA Reporter (Leland) and the Sun Times (Northern Edition). Al has obtained approval for the new building. It will be the same as Pesticide Storage building. Cost will be $3400.00, and $1000.00 for the concrete pad. It has been approved by county engineer.
